YOU ARE INVITED TO THE 2004 EBY FAMILY REUNION

Join us for food, family, fun and friendship.

The year 2004 will be the 13th annual reunion and meeting of the Eby Family Association and the descendents of Theodorus Eby held in Lancaster County. Be there!!!!!

Please, join us over Memorial Day Weekend in 2004. We will have a covered dish luncheon, renew friendships with distant family members, elect officers, make plans for the next year, and hear reports on our activities, such as the restoration and care of the original Eby family graveyard between New Holland and Intercourse, in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

Theodorus was buried in the Eby family graveyard near the Eby House when he died in 1727, when it was still part of Chester County and before Lancaster County was created. We are also helping to maintain the Eby Graveyard near Lititz.

We also paid for the restoration of the 1596 Eby Family Bible that is in the possession of the Lancaster Historical Society. Stop at the Lancaster County Historical Society to see the original Eby Family Bible. Call them at (717) 392-4633 for an appointment since it is in the vault.

We also publish a regular newsletter to our members.

For the eighth time we are having the reunion at Overly's Grove, a beautiful family picnic area south of New Holland. Children are welcome. We will supply some food and drink, but people are also invited to bring their own covered dishes to share. Bring your own dishes and utensils, and a hot and cold dish since we do not supply everything.

In the past years we have had as many as over 100 people from more that 20 states and Canada attend. The number varies every year. For more information, just contact us.
